Questions relative to the Cottage

Are bed sheets provided?

Yes sheets and towels are provided, however bath towels (for the pool) are not provided

Are pets accepted?

Unfortunately, pets are not accepted at The Clos des Oliviers

Does the Villa furnished with a barbecue?

The villa has a plancha, this type of equipment is indeed less risky than a barbecue with respect to the fire risk.

Is waste sorting applied?

We pay particular attention to the environment and the sorting of waste is one of them, different bins are therefore made available and we encourage you to make reasonable use of resources (water and electricity in particular)

Can we smoke in the Villa?

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the Villa, smokers must therefore take advantage of this enjoyment outdoors and make sure to pick up cigarette butts.

Is the swimming pool heated?

The swimming pool is heated by…..the sun, in the early spring and summer ending periods, a bubble cover is implemented to keep the water warm if needed.

Is the swimming pool secure?

Our swimming pools are secured by a barrier or an alarm system that complies with the standards in force.

Are parties accepted?

Parties are strictly prohibited in our villas and this prohibition is the subject of a clause in the contract which states that any party organized will lead to the non-return of the deposit.

Does the villa have air conditioning?

Our cottages are not air-conditioned except for the “Sky” bedroom in Villa Tanche because it is located under the rooftops.

How deep is the pool?

The depth is about 1.5m.

Questions relative to the booking

Is it possible to arrive/leave on Sunday?

During June, July and August, reservations are made from Saturday to Saturday, outside these periods, departures and arrivals are free.

Do I have to book for a minimum number of nights?

Reservations are only accepted for a minimum of 3 nights.

Is a reservation contract provided?

To formalize the reservation, a contract is signed between the owner and the future guest, it is accompanied by the payment of the deposit representing a minimum of 30% of the rental price or all for short stays or reservations made shortly before the dates of the stay.

Is a deposit required?

A deposit of 1000 Euros is required for The Villa Tanche and 500 Euros for Villas Picholine and Aglandau. The deposit is paid a few days before entering the villa and returned a few days after your departure if no damage has been observed.

Is the household included?

The household is included in the price, however our guests are asked to empty the bins, to clean the barbecue and to collect the bed sheets and to leave them in the laundry room or the bathroom.

Is it possible to arrive before 5 p.m.?

We pay a particular attention to the cleanliness of the accommodation and the housekeeping (interior/garden/swimming pool) take several hours, we of course do our best to make the villas available as early as possible allowing you to start your holiday as soon as possible, but we can’t commit to be able to make the villa available before 5 p.m., if this is the case, we will notify you immediately.

Is it possible to leave after 10 am?

The household of the villa takes several hours and if we want to be sure to be able to make the Villa available at 5 p.m., the villa must be vacated by 10 a.m. maximum. However if the house is free after your stay, it will be possible to leave the place later with the owner agreement.

Arrival day / Departure day

How does it work when we will arrive?

Arrival is free, a key box with a code is installed near the entrance of the villas and its code will be sent to you the day of your arrival. Arrival is from 5 p.m.

How does it work when we will leave?

Departure is free, guests must return the accommodation before 10 a.m. and leave the keys in the mailbox.
