Villa Tanche is located in the heart of the countryside between the Cèze and Ardèche valleys, 1km away from the village of Saint Julien de Peyrolas (30760), a small village in the Gard department surrounded by vineyards, with its Tuesday evening market, its bakery, its post office and its small bar to enjoy a coffee or a drink. Villa Tanche is located a few minutes away from high tourist places such as Saint Martin d’Ardèche or Aigueze, villages where you will find a lively summer atmosphere with restaurants, bars, dancing, etc. and a few kilometers away from all the distractions offered by our beautiful region: canoeing, swimming in the Sautadet waterfalls, the Chauvet cave visit and many more presented here.

Surrounded by olive and cherry trees, Villa Tanche offers a wonderful view on the valley and the surrounding hills; Villa Tanche is the ideal place to spend holidays with family or friends.
Villa Tanche is a 150m² house offering a 70m2 living room, bathed in sunlight via 3 large sliding windows opening onto the terrace (50m²) which will welcome you for lunch, chating, cooking or relaxing on the sofa. Once night falls, 4 bedrooms (3 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs) with storage and quality bedding will welcome you, ensuring you a well deserved rest after the “efforts” of the day.

The rooms are composed as follow:

• The parental suite with its 180cm wide king size bed
• The South bedroom with its 180cm wide king size bed
• The North bedroom with its 140cm wide bed
• The Sky room with its two 140cm wide beds

These rooms are completed with a bathroom, a shower room and 2 toilets.

Outside, on a 8000m² land not overlooked, partially fenced and on the edge of the forest, a 50m2 swimming pool, a petanque strip and a ping pong table await you to enjoy your holidays and make kids and parents happy.

Villa Tanche has all the comfort and equipment necessary for a pleasant stay:

• Kitchen: Dishwasher, oven, hob, barbecue, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, 300L fridge, freezer, various small household device,
• Living room: plasma TV, DVD player, independent TV to connect Switch and Playstation, bluetooth speaker, wifi
• Utility room: Washing machine
• Baby equipment: Travel bed, high chair
• Terrace & swimming pool: Deckchairs and parasol
• Activities: Petanque balls, rackets and ping pong balls

• Arrival is from 5 p.m., departure is before 10 a.m.
• Pets are not accepted
• The swimming pool is secured by an alarm in accordance with the standards in force
• Air The “Sky room room” is fit with air conditionning, the rest of the house is not served with air conditioning
• Parties are not allowed
• The house is served by fiber via the Orange operator,
• 4G telephone connection is not good, a landline is available in the Villa and phone calls via wifi can be used
• The swimming pool is heated….by the sun!
• We are at your disposal before, during and after your stay for any questions

The reservation price starts at 210€/night and includes:

• Bed sheets and towels, however our guests have to bring bath towels for swimming pool
• Cleaning of the Villa for the end of the stay
• Taxes

It should be noted that during the summer period (June, July and August) reservations are only from Saturday to Saturday

Villa Picholine is located a few minutes away from high tourist places such as Saint Martin d’Ardèche or Aigueze, villages whereyou will find a lively summer atmosphere with restaurants, bars, dancing, etc. and a few kilometers away from all the distractions offered by our beautiful region: canoeing, swimming in the Sautadet waterfalls, the Chauvet cave visit and many more presented here.

Surrounded by lavenders, laurels and olive trees, Villa Picholine offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding nature, in a quiet area and on the edge of the forest, it is the ideal place to spend holidays with family or friends.

Villa Picholine is a 60m² cottage, it consists of 2 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen living room opened onto a 50m² shaded terrace which will welcome you to share meals and aperitif, to discuss or simply to relax in the deckchairs to the sound of cicadas.

The rooms are composed as follows:

• The North bedroom with its 140cm wide bed and its 2 90cm wide bunk beds
• The East bedroom with its 140cm wide bed

Outside, on a 4000m² land not overlooked, partially fenced and on the edge of the forest, a swimming pool (10m x 5m) will make kids and parents happy.
For groups or families of more than 6 people, the Aglandau and Picholine villas are adjoining and can therefore be privatized and accommodate larger groups.

Villa Picholine has all the comfort and equipment necessary for a pleasant holiday:

• Kitchen : Dishwasher, oven, hob, gas griddle, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, fridge freezer, various small household appliances,
• Living room : LED TV, bluetooth speaker and wifi
• Baby equipment : Travel baby bed, baby chair
• Terrace & swimming pool: Deckchairs and parasol
